Feast on a fusion of Caribbean, European, and American cuisines at Swirl Wine Bistro. Located in Coconut Creek, FL, we serve an eclectic array of food that is unlike anything you have ever tried. Each European and American dish is inspired by traditional ingredients and flavors native to the Caribbean islands, resulting in unique fare that people from all backgrounds can enjoy.

Dishes Inspired by Traditional Fare

Our most popular dish is our oxtail ravioli. Oxtail is a Caribbean delicacy and adds a flavorful twist to ravioli. When cooked in the traditional way, it tastes like short ribs and is very rich and satisfying. We are proud to be the only restaurant in town that serves this dish.

In addition to this, we also serve many other dishes that combine the flavors of the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States. Dishes include jerk chicken, chicken and dumplings with homemade curry, and smoked brisket sliders.

Many of our dishes are gluten-free and vegetarian. If you have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, Chef Judith can customize a dish for you.

Fresh, Locally Sourced Ingredients

At our restaurant, we only use fresh, local ingredients to prepare our dishes. Everything is made in house, and we even butcher the meat and fish ourselves.
